"The physician treats, but nature heals. A doctor can only be its faithful helper and servant."

“Health begins where we reconnect with ourselves, stand together as a community, and live and act in harmony with nature.”

About Me

Welcome to my website. My name is Warren Ashley. I was born and raised in Luxembourg. After studying medicine in Austria, I worked for nine years as a physician (MD) at the municipal hospital in Munich/Bogenhausen, Germany. During this time, I qualified as a specialist in internal medicine, cardiology, and emergency medicine.

Over the years, I came to understand that medicine goes far beyond diagnosing and treating isolated symptoms. To address the complexity of both clinical and personal challenges, I developed a growing interest in holistic and preventive approaches. Today, I combine my medical background with insights from psychology, Ayurveda, and naturopathy to support health and well-being in a practical and sustainable way.

My approach is holistic: I see health as a dynamic interplay between body, mind, lifestyle, relationships, personal resources, and meaning in life. In this spirit, I support both individuals and professionals – in healthcare settings, educational institutions, and corporate environments. Whether through consultations, workshops, or training sessions, my aim is to contribute to greater health awareness and to support people in finding their own rhythm, balance, and sense of well-being.

All of my offerings are intended as complementary support – undogmatic, open-minded, and grounded in respectful dialogue embracing diverse perspectives and multiple disciplines.
