The Art of Healthy Living
Ayurveda, Naturopathy & Modern Medicine in Dialogue

Modern medicine and traditional healing are often seen as opposing approaches. This 8-week live online course explores what becomes possible when they enter into a meaningful dialogue.

Ayurveda understands health as a dynamic balance of body, mind and consciousness. Over eight evenings, I bring this wisdom into conversation with insights from modern medicine, natural medicine and psychology – sharing, for the first time in this comprehensive format, what I have learned through many years of clinical practice, personal exploration, and the holistic guidance of individuals in retreats, workshops and one-to-one consultations.

This course is for anyone who wishes to understand health from a more holistic perspective and is drawn to the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. At its heart, this is not merely about acquiring knowledge, but about developing a deeper understanding of the relationship between health, lifestyle, and the question of how we can live in greater harmony with our own nature and the world around us  – practical, accessible and directly applicable to everyday life.
