General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Please read the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) carefully. By booking an appointment or any other offered service, you acknowledge and agree to these GTC.

  1. Scope of Application
These GTC apply to all services offered by Warren Ashley, in particular consultations, meditations, events, and both online and in-person formats.
  2. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal data and information provided by the client are subject to data protection and will be treated confidentially.
  3. Consent in the Case of Minors
For minors or legally incapacitated individuals, a legal guardian or authorized representative must consent to these GTC. Proof of authorization must be provided.
  4. Nature of Services
Consultations, guided meditations, seminars, and other events are intended to support health and well-being on a physical, emotional, and psychological level. These services do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and are not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic care provided by doctors, psychotherapists, or other healthcare professionals.
  5. Client Responsibility
The implementation of any recommendations or inspirations shared in consultations, talks, or meditations is the sole responsibility of the client. Clients are also responsible for any ongoing or necessary medical treatment. It is strongly recommended to coordinate changes with their treating physicians or therapists.
  6. Health Insurance Coverage
The costs of the offered services are not covered by statutory or private health insurance providers.
  7. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are to be paid in advance or within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Payconiq, and cash. In some cases and upon request, PayPal or credit card payments are also possible.
  8. Initial Consultation
The free initial consultation can only be booked once per person.
  9. Consultation Fees & Overtime
Fees are based on the actual duration of the consultation. The current prices are listed on the website: https://www.warrenashley.com/prices/. If the booked time is exceeded, an additional €3 will be charged per extra minute.
  10. Review of Documents
For the review of documents, a fee of €30 is charged for every 10 minutes of work.
  11. Technical Implementation of Online Sessions
Online sessions are generally conducted via Zoom. Alternatively, toll-free calls within Europe are also possible.
  12. Singing Bowl Meditation
Singing bowl meditations are currently offered exclusively in Luxembourg. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, including preparation and time for integration. On request, the meditation can be combined with a prior consultation. Current prices are listed on the website: https://www.warrenashley.com/prices/.
  13. Special Formats
Lectures, workshops, retreats, trainings, and other formats are booked separately. Terms and fees can be found in the respective offer or booking link. For collaborations with companies or organizations, terms and fees are agreed upon individually and included in the offer.
  14. Cancellations & Rescheduling by Clients
Appointments for consultations and singing bowl meditations can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance - either via the online booking calendar or by email to [email protected]. For later cancellations, the full fee will be charged. Fees for appointments cancelled within the deadline will be fully refunded if no rescheduling takes place.
For online courses, there is no entitlement to cancellation or refund after the booking has been completed.
Please note that different terms and conditions may apply for special formats such as lectures, workshops, or retreats. These will be specified in the respective offer.
  15. Cancellation by the Consultant
Warren Ashley reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments and events at any time. Clients will be informed via email or through the provided contact details. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued. Alternatively, a new appointment can be arranged by mutual agreement.
  16. Right of WithdrawalConsumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (e.g. via online booking, email or contact form) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. The withdrawal can be declared using the form at Cancel Contract or by email to [email protected].
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for online courses: For digital content and online courses, the right of withdrawal expires once access to the course has been provided and the customer has explicitly agreed before completing the booking that the service begins immediately and that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for services: For individual consultations, workshops, seminars and other in-person or online appointments, the right of withdrawal expires once the agreed appointment has taken place. If the appointment takes place at the customer's explicit request before the end of the withdrawal period, the customer thereby agrees to the commencement of the service and accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service.
  17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence apply. For consumers residing in an EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state apply in addition. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with business clients is Luxembourg City. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction at the consumer's place of residence applies. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Warren Ashley is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
